I grew up in Phoenix and earned my degree in graphic design from the University of Arizona. Launching my professional career in January 2020 in Washington, D.C., I joined a small non-profit think tank as a graphic designer. This role exposed me to the intricacies of publication and editorial design, along with a deep dive into data visualization, particularly in the realm of maps.

After two enriching years, I made the transition to a larger company, where I became a UI/UX Designer embedded within a strategy and analytics team. Here, I actively contributed to the development of various desktop applications that played a pivotal role in generating substantial revenue for the firm. This experience marked a significant turning point for me as I delved into the fundamentals of user interface and experience design, witnessing the impact of well-crafted design on business outcomes. It was during this period that I developed a passion for the UI/UX path and nurtured my growth as a designer.

Throughout my journey, I've come to firmly believe that collaboration is the cornerstone of all successful projects. This conviction is woven into my approach as a designer, and I am excited to continue contributing to impactful and collaborative projects in the world of UI/UX design.
